Attorney Santoro is a Groton-area native, and graduated from Robert E. Fitch Senior High School in 1990. He received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1994 in Political Science and History, and received his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan in 2000.
He is currently a member of the New London County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
For three years, Attorney Santoro was co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, and is now a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee.
Attorney Santoro was named in the Rising Stars section of the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Super Lawyers Magazine for the State of Connecticut and New England. Attorney Santoro is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
